Online BookingsOur clinic offers appointments to be booked online using Hot Doc. We also use this service to provide our patients with SMS reminders, clinical reminders and recalls.
Should you wish to opt out of receiving SMS reminders or recalls please call our clinic and advise our administration staff. Reminder SystemGood preventative care is a key part of our role as your General Practitioner. We use a computerised reminder system and you will be sent a secure SMS from our dedicated HotDoc reminder system or we may be in contact you to offer preventative health care, relevant to your health needs.
If you do not wish to receive reminders please let your doctor or our reception staff know. You will also receive reminders from Government programs such as the Cervical Screening Program and Bowel Screening Program. Appointment RemindersWe use SMS for appointment reminders for our patients. An appointment reminder will be sent to your selected mobile number at least 24hrs before your appointment.
