Appointments
Each patient that is seen will require a separate appointment. This is to ensure that our doctors are able to give each patient the attention that they deserve.
All forms which need to completed by a doctor will require an appointment. Simple forms may be done during a standard consult of 15minutes however larger forms may require a longer consult.
If you have complex or multiple issues you would like to discuss and require a longer appointment please discuss this with the receptionist when booking your appointment.
Please bring any Medicare, Pension/Concession cards with you to your appointments.

Online BookingsPatients are able to book appointments online via Hot Doc. We also use this service to provide our patients with SMS reminders, clinical reminders and recalls. Should you wish to opt out of receiving SMS reminders or recalls please call our clinic and advise our administration staff. A link to Hot Doc is provided on this page as well as 'Our Services'.

CancellationsIf you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us of a cancellation the day before your appointment may attract a fee of $35.00 if your appointment cannot be filled by another patient.
A cancellation or did not arrive fee is not claimable from Medicare. |
